I have been a passionate personal trainer since 2010. I appeared in Men’s Fitness October Issue 2011 and 2012.
I have now competed in a total of x6 ANB Natural Male Fitness Model Central Coast and National Competitions since September 2004 where I first got the encouragement award for Over 20yrs Male Fitness Model. This inspired me to do more not only for myself but also have a passion to help others transform their mind, body and health forever.
September 2004 -ANB Central Coast championships male fitness model got the encouragement award for Over 20yrs Male Fitness Model.
April 2013-ANB Central Coast championships male fitness model over 30yrs 4th place
September 2013– ANB Central Coast championships male fitness model over 30yrs 4th place
April 2019 – ANB Central Coast championships male fitness model over 30yrs 2nd place
September 2019- ANB Central Coast championships male fitness model over 30yrs 2nd place
October 2019-ANB National Titles bodybuilding championships male fitness model over 30yrs 3rd place male fitness model themewear 2nd place.
